Ben is an experienced Design Director with nearly 20 years in the publishing industry. He is currently Head of Design at the Evening Standard, overseeing all creative editorial work across the brand, including Art Directing weekly lifestyle magazine ES, working closely with the paper Editor and Publisher on the daily edition, and working smoothly with the commercial team. Ben has over 10 years experience at senior management level, and prides himself with calm, motivating and inspirational leadership skills, bringing the best out of team members in a highly pressurised environment.  He has worked on a number of awarding winning magazines including How To Spend It. GQ, Sunday Times Style, Sport, Waitrose Food Illustrated and Men’s Health. In his spare time he likes riding his bike up (and down) mountains.
